UX Business Analyst

As a UX Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping digital solutions that are intuitive, accessible and aligned to real user needs. You'll combine strong business analysis capabilities with human-centred design, user research and usability practices to support successful digital delivery.

Requirements

What You'll Do

Lead user-centred research, business analysis and design activitiesEngage stakeholders through workshops, interviews and focus groupsTranslate user and business needs into clear requirements, user stories and functional specificationsCreate personas, user journeys, wireframes and prototypes to bring requirements to lifeConduct usability testing, reviews and UAT to validate and refine solutionsCollaborate closely with developers, architects, business stakeholders and change teamsSupport solution validation, configuration reviews and change impact assessmentsProduce clear, high-quality documentation and ensure deliverables are completed on time

What You'll Bring

Proven experience as a UX Business Analyst or in a similar human-centred digital roleStrong expertise in user research, design thinking, interaction design and usability testingExperience designing user experiences across digital products and platformsStrong business analysis, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience working across multidisciplinary business, technology and change teamsProficiency with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio and Figma or similar toolsExcellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and organisational skillsA strong understanding of accessibility and user-centred design principlesA collaborative, proactive and delivery-focused approach
