Job Opportunity:


We are looking for a bubbly, organised, and unflappable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team, on a part-time basis.

The role offers an ongoing Monday and Wednesday (9am-5pm), with the possibility of occasional extra shifts.

The role requires that you:

• Are available to work Monday and Wednesday, 9am-5pm.
  
• Have experience in customer service (bonus points if that has been within a veterinary clinic)
  
• Be the face (and voice) of our practice, helping both two-legged and four-legged clients feel welcome.
  
• Have stellar communication skills and a positive, empathetic attitude. We love a team player!
  
  
• Have the ability to stay calm and organised when things get busy.
  
  
• Are computer savvy with good attention to detail.
  
  
• Roll out the red carpet for pets and their humans.
  
  
• Answer phones with a smile they can actually hear.
  
  
• Manage appointments like a scheduling wizard.
  
  
• Comfort nervous pets (and sometimes nervous owners).
  
  
• Process payments and handle basic administration
  
  
• Have a genuine love for animals and their well-being.
