The Role
You’ll be the key point of contact for both renters and rental providers, delivering a high level of service while confidently managing your portfolio.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with renters and rental providers through regular communication

• Manage rental arrears proactively

• Conduct routine and final inspections with detailed reporting

• Coordinate repairs and maintenance efficiently

• Prepare and lodge tribunal applications when required

• Ensure compliance and smooth day-to-day portfolio management

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)

• Reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence

• Strong time management and organisational skills

• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude

• Someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service
