Key Responsibilities:

• Workflow Management: Manage the flow of products through the polishing section and prevent delays.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure a high quality finish is achieved on all polishing work.

• Health & Safety: Maintain and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience as a metal polisher is essential. 

• Skills: A strong attention to detail, a passion for hands-on work, and the ability to work autonomously, maintaining our values of honesty, integrity and reliability.
