About the Role

Project Coordinator is responsible for the safe and efficient undertaking of projects and daily operations; providing daily support and supervision to our field staff to ensure that we remain the best we can be. A Project Coordinator is also responsible for: 1. Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. 2. Working closely with the Senior Project Coordinator/Regional Manager, and operations team (field staff) to achieve project goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily project activities, schedules, and resources

Assist with procurement, subcontractor management, and site logistics

Track project progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation

Support compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements

Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication

Assist in budget monitoring and cost control

About You

Essential Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a Project Coordination or Administration role (civil or construction industry - Bridges)

A Construction Induction Card ? White card (Essential)

Valid Driver's Licence

The right to work in Australia.

Strong understanding of civil maintenance or infrastructure works

Excellent communication and time management skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project) and project management software

Knowledge of WHS and quality standards in a civil environment

Enthusiasm and good honest, work ethic

Desirable:

Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
