Duties

• Lead procurement and negotiate subcontractor and supplier packages
• Administer contracts, variations, claims and project correspondence
• Drive programming alongside Site Managers and Foremen
• Identify opportunities to improve project profitability
• Manage scopes, pricing, negotiations and subcontract agreements
• Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and commercial performance
• Liaise with clients, consultants and construction teams

Skills & Experience

• 7+ years’ experience within construction Contracts Administration
• Proven experience across high-end residential construction
• Strong procurement, negotiation and contract administration skills
• Operate autonomously with strong commercial and financial acumen
• Communicate confidently with Site Managers, Foremen and stakeholders
