Lifestyle Supports and Services Manager

• Oversee the development, coordination, and daily implementation of the lifestyle activity program
  
• Manage a small team
  
• Lead the Leisure and Lifestyle recreational program to enhance the overall wellbeing of Residents
  
• Ensure the program aligns with evidence-based best practices
  
• Regularly review and update Resident Lifestyle care plans
  
• Provide feedback and escalate any changes in residents' condition/behavior to the Registered Nurse
  
• Evaluate and adjust programs based on resident feedback and family input
  
• Maintain open communication with Resident families or representatives
  
• Conduct weekly Leisure and Lifestyle meetings, including agenda compilation, minute-taking, and action item follow-up
  
• Manage and allocate activities budget
  
• Ensure all documentation complies with Aged Care Quality Standards
