What are the specifics of the role?
Our Family Violence, Homelessness & Therapeutic Services program is excited to have a rare opportunity to join our high performing and dedicated team on a fixed term 12 Month contract 0.6 FTE (3 days per week – 22.8 hours per week). We are seeking a dedicated, passionate and experienced Clinical Lead who can bring their specialist knowledge and expertise to our Family Violence, Homelessness & Therapeutic Services role.
This role will join our multi-disciplinary team that includes Counsellors, Specialist Family Violence Practitioners and Homelessness Practitioners to provide high quality, collaborative, trauma informed, specialised counselling and therapeutic support to victims of family violence to support their journey toward healing and recovery. The Clinical Lead will be responsible of holding a smaller caseload while also providing high-quality clinical advice and guidance within the scope of Specialist Family Violence and Sexual Assault service delivery to ensure specialist practice, therapeutic interventions, support plans/treatment plans are safe, trauma-informed and evidence-based.
