About the role
The St Vincent de Paul Society is a leading provider of community support services, whose values shape aimage more just and compassionate society.
A for-purpose charity dedicated to supporting individuals and communities experiencing poverty, disadvantage, and social isolation. Currently, roughly 1 in 4 people we assist identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander. Your Role
As an Identified Case Worker at Freeman House, you will provide compassionate, non-judgemental support to clients, helping them feel welcomed, heard and supported from their first point of contact.
In this highly rewarding role, you will support clients as they engage with the service and begin their journey towards positive change. You will build trusting relationships, provide tailored one-to-one support and case management, and empower clients to work towards improved health, wellbeing and social outcomes.
