This position would suit an experienced Automotive Sales Manager seeking a fresh challenge or an ambitious Senior Sales Consultant or Assistant Sales Manager ready to take the next step into leadership.

The Opportunity

As New Car Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the department, driving retail performance, developing your team, maximising profitability and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional purchasing and ownership experience.

You’ll play an important role in shaping the continued success of one of the Central Coast’s leading automotive dealerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a high-performing New Vehicle Sales team

• Drive sales volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction outcomes

• Support the team with customer negotiations and deal structuring

• Manage vehicle inventory, ordering and stock ageing

• Monitor sales performance and key dealership KPIs

• Recruit, coach and develop future sales talent

• Work collaboratively with Finance, Aftersales and Marketing

• Build strong relationships with the manufacturer and key business partners

• Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and customer experience standards

About You
