Admin Officer – NSW [ Mandarin Speaker ]

The Admin Officer ensures smooth day-to-day operations across administration, supporting fleet management operations and handling a wide range of administrative tasks within the automotive division. This role requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to handle ad hoc tasks that support the wider business.

Responsibilities

• Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
• Coordinate vehicle records, managing registrations and compliance documentation, tracking fleet usage and maintenance schedules, and ensuring accurate reporting for management [ Fleet Management]
• Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating contracts
• Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing orders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of business plans and strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business objectives.
• Support the organization and documentation of company governance activities,
• Ensure property assets are well-maintained and support dealership operations.
• Mandarin speaking is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of administrative experience (automotive or retail preferred).
• Experience in Fleet management is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software.
• Valid driver’s license (mandatory for NSW site travel).
