Office & Warehouse Coordinator

CP Safety International is an established Australian-owned business specialising in innovative commercial vehicle safety products supplied across the transport, mining, agriculture, and engineering sectors.

We're looking for a capable and practical Office & Warehouse Coordinator to become a key part of our team.

This is a genuinely varied role. One minute you might be processing an invoice, helping a customer, or reconciling an account; the next, you'll be in the warehouse getting an urgent order ready for dispatch.

What you'll be doing

• Accounts administration, invoicing, and reconciliations

• Payroll and superannuation processing

• Accounts receivable and debtor follow-up

• Processing customer orders and payments

• Responding to customer enquiries

• General office administration

• Coordinating freight and couriers

• Picking, packing, and dispatching orders

• Receiving and managing incoming stock

• Stock control and inventory management

• Keeping the warehouse organised, safe and efficient

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

• Organised, accurate and switched on

• Confident with administration, accounts, and systems

• Friendly and professional with customers

• Practical, hands-on and willing to get involved

• Comfortable working independently and using initiative

• Able to juggle competing priorities and get things done

• Happy flexing between office and warehouse responsibilities

Experience with MYOB AccountRight Plus or a similar system would be highly regarded, particularly across payroll, accounts receivable and reconciliations.

You'll also need to be comfortable with regular manual handling, including lifting items weighing approximately 25 -30kg. A current driver's licence is required.
