AIM Mining Corporation is an emerging gold development company with major growth plans underway. We currently operate the Warrawoona Gold Project in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia and are preparing to ramp up underground operations at Nullagine.

As we move toward bringing two underground production mines online, we are seeking experienced Long Hole Drillers to operate S7 Simba series production drills within a high performing underground mining operation in Western Australia. These are FIFO roles from Perth on a 15/13 roster, offering long term stability and permanent opportunities.

About the Role

You will be responsible for safe, accurate and efficient long hole production drilling to meet stope design and production targets. This role is suited to operators who take pride in drill quality, safety and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

•         Operate S7 Simba series long hole drills for underground production drilling

•         Drill to design, ensuring accuracy in line, grade, burden and spacing

•         Conduct pre-starts, fault reporting and basic maintenance

•         Maintain drilling logs and shift reports

•         Work closely with engineers, supervisors and charge-up crews

•         Uphold site safety standards and procedures at all times

About You

•         Proven experience operating Simba long hole drills underground

•         Strong understanding of production drilling and drill design

•         Ability to read and execute mine plans accurately

•         Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

•         Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
