Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the effective management, operation, and compliance of all owned properties.Manage the full lease lifecycle, including negotiations, renewals, and documentation.Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure maintenance, compliance, and property standards align with business objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and external partners.Provide clear communication and updates on property and lease matters to internal teams.Monitor rentals and outgoings to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with the Retail Leases Act.Ensure all financial obligations are met in the company’s capacity as landlord.Interpret lease terms and manage expectations where disputes or ambiguities arise.Review and coordinate tenant fit-outs.Assist finance team to manage the authorisation, payment, and recovery of all property-related expenses.About YouProven experience managing commercial and retail property portfolios.Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Sound knowledge of Retail Lease Legislation and its practical application.Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Skilled in reading, interpreting, and administering complex lease documentation.Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
