Role Description The Session Coach is a part-time, on-site role based in Balgowlah, NSW. In this position, the coach guides members through scheduled OsteoStrong sessions, ensuring correct use of equipment, adherence to protocols, and a safe, encouraging experience. Daily tasks include welcoming members, explaining session objectives, monitoring progress, and recording data in member profiles. The coach provides clear instruction, offers feedback on technique, and answers questions about the program and its benefits. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with appointment scheduling, maintaining a clean and organized training environment, supporting member retention initiatives, and collaborating with the team on center events and outreach activities.
Qualifications Demonstrated ability to coach, support, and motivate individuals in a wellness, fitness, or customer-focused environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner in client-facing roles.Attention to detail in following protocols, recording session data, and monitoring member safety and progress.Ability to work reliably on-site, manage a regular session schedule, and collaborate effectively with a small team.Interest or background in health, wellness, fitness, or allied health is highly beneficial; relevant certifications or coursework are saughtComfort with basic digital tools and software for booking, record-keeping, and communication.Build strong realtionahips with our members and help them work yowards and achieve their goals
