General Practice Nurse RN Div 1 Part Time

Start mid-August 2026

We are seeking a part time registered division 1 practice nurse for our mixed billing general practice. Three to four days per week. No weekend work.

A rare opportunity to join our well functioning, modern, fully accredited, teaching medical practice in Southbank. Be a part of our close knit and friendly team of doctors, admin staff and another part time practice nurse, all supported by a full time practice manager.

Previous general practice experience would be highly desirable, however, not mandatory.

Modern practice facilities. Treatment room set up and fully equipped.

Responsibilities include:

- managing results and recall system

- wound care management

- vaccine management and infection control duties

- providing adult and childhood immunisations

- creating care plans and assisting with chronic disease management

- assisting doctors with procedures

- managing inventory and samples

- maintaining practice accreditation 

Our practice uses Pracsoft and Medical Director software. Full training with ongoing support provided. Applicants will be shortlisted and invited for an interview.
