About the role
Entrepreneurial Assistant Property Manager / Business Development Executive - VICPROP Sunshine.
A team of highly dedicated, modern, and enthusiastic individuals that come together for one common goal - to grow
- Extreme curiosity and the urge to learn and grow (because they will work on new, unexplored things constantly)
- Strong willpower (because they will work against all sorts of setbacks)- Instagram and Facebook posts/advertising
- Photo and Video Creation
- Admin tasks in support of the office
- Providing prompt and professional assistance to tenants and landlords, always maintaining regular contact
- The preparation and lodgement of applications to the Residential Tenancies Tribunal- Organising repairs and maintenance
- Ensure that Renter's rental arrears are kept to a minimum
- Conduct periodic inspections of managed properties and prepare Condition reports via reports and photos
You will be working closely with and reporting directly to the Director.
What you'll need:
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence and own vehicle
- Admin/Marketing background preferred but not essential
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with a really strong client focus
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and manage your time effectively
- An overwhelming desire to succeed within the Entrepreneurial space
