We are a long-established accommodation group operating multiple motel and apartment properties within the Wagga CBD. We are currently seeking reliable long-term team members to join our reception and housekeeping teams.

We are recruiting for two separate positions:

• Part Time/Full Time Receptionist
• Part Time Housekeeper / Room Attendant

📍 Work Location
All positions are based within the Wagga CBD. As part of our accommodation group, shifts may be worked across different nearby motel properties depending on operational needs.

Receptionist Role – Casual to Part/Full Time

We are seeking a professional, organized and reliable receptionist to join our front office team on a long-term basis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guest check-ins and check-outs
• Managing phone and email enquiries
• Taking reservations and processing payments
• Assisting guests during their stay
• Coordinating with housekeeping and management
• Learning and operating reservation and property management systems

What We Are Looking For:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Reliable and organized work ethic
• Ability to work independently with strong backend management support
• Flexibility to work weekends as required

🌙 Overnight On-Site Duty
Depending on the successful applicant and roster requirements, this role may include overnight on-site duty shifts. These shifts involve staying onsite overnight as a point of contact should guest assistance or late arrivals be required. This is not an awake overnight role, and private staff facilities are provided. Attractive overnight allowances apply.

Housekeeper / Room Attendant Role – Casual to Part Time

We are also seeking a reliable and hardworking housekeeper to join our housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cleaning guest rooms and apartments
• Preparing rooms for arriving guests
• Linen and housekeeping duties
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
• Reporting maintenance or guest-related issues

What We Are Looking For:
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Good time management skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties

Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential. Training can be provided for the right candidate.
