Copier Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking the services of a skilled Technician to join our dedicated team. The position involves the service and support of our Ricoh range of print devices and associated products. This role requires a proactive approach to customer support and maintenance tasks..

Key responsibilities:

• Onsite installation, programming and setup of photocopiers and printers

• Provide onsite technical support to our customers

• Diagnose and repair copiers and other office equipment

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients

• Train clients on how to use copiers and other office equipment

• Maintain accurate records of all service calls and repairs

Requirements:

• Experience with Ricoh products preferred but not essential

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of other office equipment

• Excellent customer service skills

• Proficient in computer networks

• Strong problem solving skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Valid NSW driver's licence

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry under health and safety management

• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time

• Ability to work in various environments, & complete site compliance when required.

Salary: up to $85,000.00 negotiable commensurate with experience.
