Customer Service Representative

Primo Foods is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Sales team at Greenacre for a 3-month fixed term contract. 

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role serves as the first point of contact for internal and external customer needs, supporting activities across pricing, orders, queries, campaigns, issue management, customer maintenance and claims investigations. This role plays a key role in coordinating customer support activities, ensuring accurate order management and maintaining strong relationships across customers and internal business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and respond to order-related enquiries in a timely manner

• Service existing customers by responding to product and service-related enquiries

• Resolve customer issues by identifying concerns, providing solutions, expediting corrections and following through to completion

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication and support

• Support Sales teams with customer enquiries, data entry, and claims resolution activities

• Assist Distribution Centre teams with order processing, delivery requirements, and prioritisation requests

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding stock availability and potential shortages

• Maintain customer records, manage pricing updates, and communicate stock shortage impacts to relevant stakeholders

What You'll Bring

• Experience managing orders, customer records, pricing administration and general sales support activities

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide effective solutions and manage customer enquiries professionally

• Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with customers and cross-functional stakeholders

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn new systems

• Strong organisational, communication, problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to work as a team and adapt to changing priorities
