We are seeking a People & Culture Officer to join our People and Culture team on a 12-month maximum-term contract.
This is a full-time position (38 hours per week), however we are open to considering applicants seeking a 0.8 FTE arrangement.
Based in our Northbridge office and reporting to the Manager - People and Culture Services, this role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build or grow a career in Human Resources, People & Culture, Talent Acquisition or People Operations.
As one of the first points of contact for employees and candidates, you'll play an important role in creating positive people experiences across the employee lifecycle. Working across both People & Culture and Talent Acquisition, you'll support recruitment, onboarding, compliance, HR systems administration and employee support activities that help our people thrive.
This role offers variety, development and exposure to a broad range of People & Culture activities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys administration, building relationships and supporting great candidate and employee experiences.
