We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Advisors to join our friendly Geelong team.
Current Opportunities2 x Part-Time Roles (20 hours per week) Work patterns will be discussed with successful candidates to suit individual preferences. Participation in a Saturday roster will be required once fully trained.1 x Part-Time Role (24 hours per week) Working Monday, Thursday and Friday.

What We're Looking ForWe're looking for people who:Love helping customers and creating positive experiences.Have experience in face-to-face customer service or Retail Team environment.Learn and absorb new information and systems quickly.Sales experience and confidence identifying customer needs and recommending solutions.Bring a positive, proactive attitude to work every day.Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Nice to HaveRetail experience or experience in a regulated industry such as Private Health Insurance.
