About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join our Construction Administration team. This role has a strong focus on creating a positive customer journey and is designed to support our customers throughout the construction period of their new forever home. 

This is a Full-Time role, based out of our Head Office in Varsity Lakes 4227. 

Duties:

• High volume and accuracy of data entry 

• Manage customer communications and provide support throughout the build process

• Accurate capture and filing of construction documentation and customer correspondence

• Support of Construction Administrators in Variations, Certificates

• Collating documentation from handover, final walk through and quality insurance inspections as required

• Undertake any other duties as directed by management to assist the construction administration team

 The successful applicant will have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer Service and/or Administration background preferred

• Strong time management skills

• Accurate data entry experience

• Willing to go the extra mile to assist your team

• Confident with using the Microsoft Office Suite

• Be solutions focussed, with our customers best interests front of mind
