Our client is a well-established Queensland-based accounting and advisory firm with 100+ staff across multiple offices with 10 partners, now building its presence in Brisbane CBD. The firm has a strong and diverse client base across agriculture, manufacturing, regional businesses, high-net-worth individuals and international clients, with services spanning Business Advisory, CFO Advisory, Financial Services and other specialist advisory services. 

The firm is now looking for a Senior Associate Director-level Business Advisory professional to take a leading role in the Brisbane office. You’ll be the most senior business advisory professional on the ground, working with an existing team of six and helping grow the team as the Brisbane practice develops. The Partner regularly spends time in Brisbane, but this role is designed for someone who can work independently, manage key client relationships, lead the team and help drive the office forward. For the right person, there is a genuine pathway to Partnership within 2 years. 

You’ll ideally be a Senior Manager, Associate Director or Director with strong Australian public practice experience, CA/CPA qualification, proven leadership capability and strong client relationship and business development skills. You’ll need the confidence to work autonomously, lead a team and take ownership of the Brisbane Business Advisory function, along with a genuine ambition to progress into Partnership. 

In return, you’ll receive $180K–$200K + Super package negotiable, a genuine pathway to partnership program within 2 years, significant autonomy, the chance to build and lead the Brisbane Business Advisory team, exposure to a sophisticated and varied client portfolio and the backing of a profitable and established Queensland firm.
