Job Description:

As a Sales Consultant at The Wheel Shop, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers in finding the perfect wheel and tyre solutions while contributing to the overall growth of the company through effective sales strategies and excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored wheel and tyre recommendations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Handle inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email in a professional and friendly manner.

• Prepare quotes, process sales, and follow up on customer inquiries.

• Support the team with stock control, pricing updates, and managing product availability.

• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and record-keeping.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (preferred but not required).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

• A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Basic knowledge of wheels, tyres, or automotive products (a plus but not essential).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
