ROH Wheels is a premium Australian wheel brand with a history dating back to 1946. As part of the Arrowcrest Group, we supply alloy and steel wheels to tyre and automotive retailers throughout Australia, with a growing international presence.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Consultant to join our national sales team at Woodville North.

You don’t need to be a car expert to succeed in this role. We are looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys helping customers and is keen to learn. An interest in cars or the automotive industry would certainly help, but it is not a core requirement, we will provide the product and fitment training you need.

What you’ll be doing

• Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email

• Providing customers with product, pricing, availability and delivery information

• Entering and processing sales orders accurately

• Building strong relationships with tyre stores and automotive retailers

• Working with our sales, warehouse and operations teams to deliver excellent service

• Developing your product and wheel fitment knowledge through practical training

• Contributing to team sales targets and promotional campaigns

• Helping customers find practical solutions to their requirements

What we’re looking for

We are open to applicants with previous sales experience as well as people looking to take the next step in their career.

You will ideally bring:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone

• A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude

• Good attention to detail and organisational skills

• The ability to learn new products and systems

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• A willingness to contribute and get involved as part of the team

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, wholesale or an automotive business will be highly regarded, but it is not essential. Knowledge of wheels, tyres or vehicle fitment is an advantage, not a requirement.
