New Homes Sales Consultant

Eden Brae Homes is one of NSW’s leading residential home builders, with a long-standing reputation for quality, customer service and professionalism.

With our brand-new display centre opening in the Southwest Sydney area, we are looking for an experienced and driven sales professional to join our team and represent the Eden Brae brand in this growing market.

This is an opportunity for someone who loves sales, enjoys building genuine relationships with customers and wants to take ownership of the complete new-home sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting one of our award-winning display centres. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the display home, you will engage with prospective home buyers, guide them through the new home building journey, and deliver the exceptional customer experience that Eden Brae Homes is known for.

In this role you will:

• Generate and nurture new sales opportunities

• Build strong relationships with prospective home buyers

• Understand customer’s needs, land and budget requirements

• Prepare new-home quotes and propose sitings

• Work with customers on home design solutions

• Manage your sales pipeline and follow-up activity via our CRM system (Salesforce)

• Negotiate and close deals

• Provide a professional handover to our administration team once the sale is secured

• Maintain our high level of customer experience

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a confident sales professional who can demonstrate:

• Proven track record of sales success

• Strong relationship building, communication and negotiation skills

• A genuine interest in the residential building industry

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong organisation, administration skills and attention to detail

• Confidence using CRM systems, digital tools and preparing detailed quotations

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work within established systems and processes

Experience within new-home sales, residential building or an understanding of housing codes and local DCP requirements is highly regarded, however we also welcome applicants with strong sales capability and the right attitude from a range of industries.

A current driver's licence is also required.
