This role is ideal for someone currently working in a real estate administrative or associate role who is ready to step up and grow their career in Property Management.

🔑 About the Role:

As a Leasing & Front office Associate, you’ll work closely with our experienced Property Management team to support the leasing process end-to-end. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting open homes and private inspections

• Processing tenancy applications

• Liaising with prospective tenants and landlords

• Supporting lease preparation and onboarding

• General front office administrative tasks & assisting Property Managers

About You:

We're looking for someone with:

• A current Cert IV in Real Estate or Agent’s Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

• Previous experience in real estate administration, reception, or leasing support (desired)

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A professional, team-focused attitude and a desire to grow
