The role:
As a Customer Service Representative at Nikpol, you'll be the heart of our customer experience, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression. Reporting directly to the Customer Service Supervisor you'll play a pivotal role in addressing counter and telephone sales inquiries, processing orders efficiently, and delighting our customers with unparalleled service.

Key Responsibilities: 
- Addressing counter and telephone sales inquiries 
- Processing sales orders promptly and accurately 
- Communicating with customers regarding production lead times and deliveries 
- Resolving customer queries with speed and professionalism 
- Upselling Nikpol’s diverse product range and promoting marketing campaigns
