Head Chef

Peninsula Palms is an aged care facility that strives to provide quality care in a Christian environment and to ensure the individual needs of residents are met. It is a ministry of Mueller Community Church and is co-located with the church and Mueller College in Rothwell on the Redcliffe Peninsula.

We currently have a position available for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead and oversee the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.

This is a permanent full-time position (76 hours per fortnight across 9 shifts – no weekend work) with an immediate start (preferred).

Previous experience in a professional kitchen is essential, with 5+ years’ experience desirable. The successful applicant must hold a valid National Police Check and be prepared to meet facility vaccination requirements.
