About the Role

As part of our Customer Service team, you’ll be the friendly, dependable voice behind the brand — helping customers feel supported at every step of their journey. From managing emails and messages to coordinating with our warehouse and retail teams, your goal will be to ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

You’ll work closely with marketing, operations, and retail to keep communication seamless and our customers smiling.

Along side that you will get to enjoy the fast-paced environment of the warehouse , for this you need to pride yourself on precision, and enjoy being part of a supportive, high-performing team.

Every order that leaves our warehouse represents our commitment to quality, speed, and care — and we’re looking for someone who shares that same standard of excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing all customer enquiries 

• Processing online returns, exchanges, and order support

• Coordinating with warehouse and retail teams to ensure smooth operations

• Maintaining accurate customer records and identifying recurring issues or opportunities for improvement

• Assisting with customer experience projects, feedback loops, and brand touch points

• Picking and packing retail and online customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Preparing, labelling, and organising shipments for dispatch

• Assisting with stock management, inventory checks, and restocking
