This is an excellent opportunity for a Speech Pathologist who enjoys variety and wants the flexibility to work with children, adults, or a combination of both. About The Role

As a Speech Pathologist, you will provide assessment and therapy across a diverse range of communication and swallowing needs. Your caseload can be tailored to your experience, interests and preferred client group.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualised treatment plansProviding evidence-based intervention for speech, language, communication and swallowing disordersWorking with clients across different age groups, depending on your interestsCollaborating with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists and other healthcare professionalsSupporting clients, families and carers with practical communication strategies and educationMonitoring client progress and maintaining high-quality clinical documentationParticipating in case discussions and contributing to a positive multidisciplinary team environmentStaying up to date with current clinical practices through ongoing professional development

About You

We are looking for a passionate and client-focused Speech Pathologist who is committed to delivering high-quality clinical care.

You will ideally have:

A recognised tertiary qualification in Speech PathologyCurrent Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership or eligibility for membershipStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA genuine interest in helping clients achieve their individual goalsThe ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative teamA commitment to evidence-based practice and continued professional development

Experience working with both paediatric and adult clients is highly regarded, however, clinicians with a preference for one particular age group are also encouraged to apply. New graduates are welcome to apply.
