Project Coordinator | 6 Month Contract

Our client, a major insurance group, is running a large-scale technology transformation program and needs a sharp Project Coordinator to support the Senior Leadership team - with Planview admin at the core of the role.

You'll be the engine room behind the program - keeping Planview admin tight, schedules accurate, and reporting clean so the PMO and leadership team can make fast, informed calls.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning day-to-day Planview administration - project setup, resourcing, status updates, data hygiene
• Supporting governance and reporting cadences across the transformation program
• Coordinating with PMs, BAs, and delivery leads to keep timelines and RAID logs current
• Prepping materials for steering committees and leadership check-ins
• General PMO/coordination support as the program scales

What you'll bring:

• Solid Planview experience (non-negotiable - this is the core of the role)
• Background supporting large-scale transformation or technology programs, ideally insurance or financial services
• Sharp attention to detail and comfortable owning admin-heavy processes without drama
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills - you'll be liaising across a busy program team

• 6 month contract (initially)
