Client Services Officer

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to join our Business Advisory team in Gympie. This is a full-time office based, permanent position with opportunity to develop and grow with a leading provider of Accounting and Financial Services. 

Your role, your contribution!

• Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and preparing financial packages
• Communicate with accountants, partners and other staff to ensure exceptional service delivery to support them in servicing client requests
• Supporting the SMSF team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Relief Receptionist duties

• Demonstrated proficiency using the Microsoft Suite
• Exceptional phone manner and front of house expertise to deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment
