ABOUT THE ROLE

Mainfreight Transport are part of a global, yet united team and we are looking for an energetic team player to join our fast, busy and growing team. Being a key role within our team, exceptional communication and attention to detail are a must. The right person will be easy to deal with and enjoy a challenge.

DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES

• Being one of the first points of contact for our customers

• Invoicing & allowance system boards maintaining a high level of accuracy

• Accounts payable 

• Accounts receivable

• Hire pallet control

• Quality Assurance Program

• Ordering office supplies & maintaining stock

• Ordering and distributing uniform orders

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Polite and professional phone manner

• Be able to work under pressure and multitask
