Service Delivery Officer

We are looking for passionate, client focused individuals to join our Frontline Operations group.
As a Service Delivery Officer, you will undertake basic procedural, clerical, operational, and administrative activities under clear direction within a scheduled environment. You’ll follow established policies and procedures to deliver accurate results. You’ll complete allocated tasks and activities within required timeframes and deliver results in accordance with the requirements of business.
Your work will include sorting, scanning and opening mail. You’ll maintain the integrity of ATO records by accurately inputting data into our internal systems relating to client correspondence.These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Albury.
