Change Manager

About the Role: 

The Building and Plumbing Commission (BPC) is seeking a Change Manager to report to the Head of Enterprise Change. The role is responsible for leading change initiatives that support legislative and transformation objectives, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and innovation. Working within cross-functional project teams, the successful candidate will deliver priority transformation projects and drive the adoption and embedding of change across the organisation through a people-centred approach. 

 What we are looking for: 

• Support the delivery of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by providing change management expertise and guidance across the organisation. 
• Coach, influence and support leaders and stakeholders to strengthen change leadership capability and drive successful change outcomes. 
• Contribute to the development and implementation of change, engagement and communication plans that support the adoption of organisational change. 
• Support change governance, reporting, readiness assessments, training and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure sustainable people-focused change outcomes.

About the BPC 

BPC is Victoria's regulator for building and plumbing.   

It supports the growing Victorian community through the developments of harms-based regulation that is proactive and informed by data and intelligence. The BPC regulates for better consumer outcomes and is committed to safety, compliance and buildings that last.
