Tele / Internal Sales - No high pressure sales

Requirements

• Be reasonably sane, medicated is fine, but I would prefer you to have the ability to function as a normal adult at least between 12pm and 5pm - Monday to Friday, and not share the insane garbage on Facebook outside of those hours

• Be willing to listen, while you are talking you are not listening. It’s my business, I know everything already

• Be good with people. My clients are very important to me. It would be nice if you could be nice to them

• Know how to use a telephone more than once per day

• Have a minor interest in real estate

• Sense of humour

• Professional dress standards – we are a semi-professional organisation.

• Don’t take yourself too seriously

• Live within 20 minutes drive, walk or crawl of Algester on the Southside of Brisbane

Your Essential Job Functions

• Calling clients both current and potential without swearing at them

• Able to work autonomously

• Some administration tasks

• Small office with a great team – you will be a name, not a number.

Expectations

• Book in 2 appointments per week
