Process Worker

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working in fast-paced production lines, ensuring quality and reliability
• Awareness and high regards in food safety, and quality assurance
• Work in a cold room environment  (2oC - 4oC)
• Working closely with the team to ensure machines are running effectively

Skills and Requirements

Must be 18 years or older for health and safety requirements.

• Ability to work at a very fast pace with a focus on achieving KPI’s
• The role is manual and repetitive in nature therefore physical fitness is a must
• Previous experience within FMCG or Manufacturing is highly desirable
• Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transport
• Previous machine operator or packer experience desirable but not essential

• Flexible shift options available:

• 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM
• 11:00 AM start,Finish time varies based on operational needs.
• 3:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM 
• 2:18 PM or 2:30 PM start – Finish time varies based on operational needs.
