About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Graduate Property Officer to join our dynamic team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for the property industry to gain hands-on experience and build a career in commercial real estate.

As a Graduate Property Officer, you will work closely with senior team members across multiple facets of property management. This role provides exposure to portfolio administration, lease management, facilities coordination, and client relationship support.

What Will You Be Responsible For?

• Assist in the day-to-day management of commercial property portfolios

• Support the preparation of reports, budgets and lease documentation

• Liaise with tenants, contractors and service providers

• Coordinate routine inspections, maintenance and compliance tasks

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records

• Contribute to strategic property initiatives and client presentations

What Skills and Experience Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A degree in Property, Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline (or due to graduate this year)

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• A proactive and professional attitude

• Willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to property management systems is advantageous

• A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
