Marketing Manager

About the role

As Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, prioritising and delivering marketing activity across the business. You'll lead the marketing function, manage competing priorities and ensure campaigns are delivered consistently, on time and within budget. While this is a leadership role, it remains hands-on—you'll be comfortable moving between strategy, campaign management, creative development and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and implementing the annual marketing strategy and campaign calendar
• Translating business objectives into practical B2B marketing plans and initiatives
• Leading campaigns across digital, print, email, social media and other relevant channels
• Managing marketing priorities, budgets, timelines and performance reporting
• Working closely with the sales team to support lead generation, customer acquisition and key account growth
• Leading brand positioning and ensuring consistent application across all customer touchpoints
• Overseeing the development of catalogues, brochures, advertisements, packaging, website graphics, EDMs and social media content
• Managing and improving company websites, including content, SEO, user experience and conversion performance
• Supporting product development and managing go-to-market plans for new product launches
• Coordinating trade shows, exhibitions, promotional events and industry campaigns

About you

• A capable marketing leader with experience taking ownership of a marketing function
• Strategic, creative and commercially focused
• Comfortable balancing long-term planning with day-to-day execution
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Confident making recommendations and communicating with senior stakeholders
• Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working across different areas of the business
• Able to use marketing data to assess performance and improve results
• Experienced in maintaining strong brand standards
• Willing to remain hands-on when required
• Interested in emerging marketing technologies, platforms and trends
