HomeFront Australia is a veteran-run household services organisation based in Milton, Brisbane. We connect Australians who need reliable support at home with trusted home services. From domestic cleaning and gardening to meal preparation and household support through a network of over 1,500 vetted service providers nationwide.

We are looking for a Client Service Officer who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in getting the details right. You will be the warm, reliable voice our clients hear when they need support, and the link between them and our visiting home services teams across Australia.

About the Role

This role sits at the heart of what we do. You will manage bookings, handle client enquiries, keep records accurate, and make sure each client feels looked after. It is busy and varied. You will move across client services, administration, and service provider coordination, and the people you support will notice the care you bring to it.

You will be joining an established, supportive and growing team that is serious about the work it does and the people it serves.

A Day in the Life

• Start the morning reviewing client requests and confirming bookings, so every client feels looked after from the outset
• Respond to enquiries with empathy and clarity, leaving people feeling confident their services are in good hands
• Coordinate with service providers and colleagues to keep everything aligned
• Update client records accurately so nothing slips through the cracks
• Spot a small process improvement and flag it, because your input shapes how we work
• End the day knowing the work you did made someone’s life a little easier

Your Responsibilities

• Manage client enquiries and provide clear, compassionate information
• Schedule and coordinate household services efficiently
• Resolve service issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate client records and data entry
• Build reliable relationships with clients, service providers, and colleagues
• Contribute ideas to improve workflow and client experience
• Represent HomeFront’s values in every interaction

You bring:

• Proven experience in client services, call centres, admin, or community support
• Comfort working with CRM, booking, or client record systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine empathy when working with clients who need reliable support
• Solid organisation and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to work independently
• Alignment with HomeFront’s values and genuine respect for those who have served

Remuneration

$55,000 – $65,000 + super. We consider candidates at different stages of their career.
