We're growing our Sydney sales team and are looking for ambitious, driven people to join us as Sales Executives.

No extensive sales background? No problem. Full training and ongoing development are provided.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for connecting with business owners, founders and senior decision-makers and helping them find the right opportunities to grow their businesses through our events.

You'll learn how to manage the sales process from the initial conversation through to closing the deal, while developing valuable skills in prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation and account management.

This is a genuine opportunity to build a long-term career in B2B sales, with a clear pathway into senior commercial positions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the sales process from qualified opportunity through to close
• Speaking with business owners, founders and senior decision-makers
• Building and developing strong client relationships
• Understanding business goals and recommending relevant event and sponsorship opportunities
• Running sales conversations via phone and video
• Negotiating commercial agreements and closing new business
• Maintaining an active sales pipeline and keeping CRM records up to date
• Working closely with marketing and event teams to maximise client opportunities
• Growing existing accounts and generating repeat business
• Representing the company at live events and building relationships with clients in person
