We're expanding our Sydney team and looking for driven Sales Representatives who want to develop their sales skills, win new business and progress quickly within a high-performance environment.

The Role

As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in driving new business through proactive outbound sales.

You'll speak directly with business owners, founders and senior decision-makers, uncover their commercial goals and introduce them to exhibition, sponsorship and partnership opportunities that can help grow their businesses.

You'll take ownership of your pipeline, manage opportunities from first conversation through to close, and be rewarded for the results you achieve.

What You'll Be Doing

• Generating new business through outbound calls, email and LinkedIn
• Identifying and qualifying new commercial opportunities
• Managing prospects throughout the B2B sales cycle
• Speaking directly with business owners, founders and senior decision-makers
• Presenting exhibition, sponsorship and partnership opportunities
• Building relationships with prospects across a range of industries
• Handling objections and negotiating commercial agreements
• Closing new business and consistently working towards sales targets
• Managing your pipeline and activity through CRM
• Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and opportunity records
• Working alongside marketing and event teams to maximise commercial opportunities
• Representing Business Show Media at exhibitions, networking events and client meetings

Previous experience in B2B sales, recruitment, business development, retail, hospitality or other customer-facing roles is advantageous, but we're also open to candidates with the right attitude, work ethic and ambition.
