The Opportunity

As an SDR, you'll be responsible for creating new sales opportunities for our commercial team.

You'll spend your day researching businesses, reaching out to potential clients and starting conversations with business owners and decision-makers.

Your goal is simple: create interest, qualify opportunities and get the right conversations moving.

You'll learn how to prospect, communicate commercially, handle objections and build a strong sales pipeline - all while working towards clear targets and earning uncapped commission.

What You'll Be Doing

• Finding and researching potential business customers
• Reaching out to new prospects by phone, email and LinkedIn
• Having conversations with business owners, founders and decision-makers
• Asking questions to understand potential clients and their businesses
• Identifying companies that could benefit from our events
• Qualifying prospects and creating new sales opportunities
• Booking meetings and passing qualified opportunities to the sales team
• Building and maintaining your own prospect pipeline
• Recording activity and keeping CRM information accurate
• Learning from experienced salespeople through coaching and feedback
• Supporting our wider commercial team at events and exhibitions
