About The Role

The Salvation Army, Fundraising Donor Services team, have a permanent, full-time, position for a Revenue Investigation Officer based at our Melbourne head office in Blackburn. This crucial role is responsible for the timely and accurate investigation, processing and matching of donations received by the National Fundraising Department.

Key Responsibilities

Daily examination, scrutiny and validation of transactions on all bank accounts connected to Blackbaud CRMProcess transactions from our Bank Statement to CRM (Blackbaud), Payment Gateway to Bank StatementResearching and processing of all donations received online nationallyProcess daily Direct Debit BatchesPost Blackbaud Files to a General LedgerAssisting with the processing of electronic files from internal and external stakeholdersInvestigate and action Disputed Transactions: Fraudulent, Charge Backs, RefundsInvestigate and prepare “unidentified” banks deposit donations

About You

Proficient Data Entry skillsAttention to detail and ability to identify errorsPrior experience in a business administration environment and/or relevant business qualificationsExperience in handling and analysing finances and records accuratelyProficiency with Excel and ability to utilise pivot tablesExperience working in a team environment
