MECCA Aesthetica Operations Lead

MECCA Aesthetica brings together the world of MECCA with advanced skin treatments, technology and clinical expertise. As we continue to evolve and scale this exciting concept, we’re looking for an operational powerhouse to help build the systems, processes and foundations that make it all possible. 

As our MECCA Aesthetica Operations Lead, you’ll be the engine room of the clinic making sure our technology, compliance, suppliers, inventory and operational infrastructure work seamlessly. Partnering closely with the Head of MECCA Aesthetica, Aesthetica Sales Manager and clinic teams, you’ll solve today’s operational challenges while building smart, scalable ways of working for tomorrow. 

The Role You Could Play 

You’ll take ownership of the operational ecosystem behind MECCA Aesthetica, helping our clinic teams focus on what they do best, delivering exceptional customer experiences.  

• Own and optimise clinic technology platforms, including the booking system, VISIA Skin Analysis System and client data processes, while training teams and troubleshooting issues.  

• Lead operational compliance across council permits, medical and clinical requirements, infection control, safety protocols, incident management and audit readiness.  

• Manage clinic-specific suppliers, consumables, inventory, treatment COGs and clinical equipment maintenance, creating processes that minimise waste and downtime.  

• Lead the operational delivery of new brands, technologies and treatments, coordinating everything from product and back-bar set-up to systems configuration and compliance documentation.  

• Act as the operational lead for new MECCA Aesthetica locations, building scalable processes and coordinating technology, equipment, regulatory approvals and post-launch support. 

Though this role will primarily be based from our Richmond office, regular clinic visits will be an important part of the role, giving you the opportunity to see operations in action, provide hands-on support and continually identify opportunities to make things work even better. 

What You Will Bring 

You’re a natural problem-solver who loves turning complexity into clear, practical processes. You’re equally comfortable getting into the detail and connecting the dots across teams, systems and suppliers.  

• 5+ years’ operations management experience, preferably within a clinic  

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple systems and processes, including implementing new solutions and optimising existing ways of working.  

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and deliver to deadlines.  

• Financial acumen, including experience with budget management, COGs tracking and cost optimisation.  

• A proactive, accountable and collaborative approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to calmly troubleshoot operational challenges.
