About The Role

This role (in our Workforce Solutions team) is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a background in aquatic operations, chemical treatment and water balancing.

Our Operators are expected to provide pool cleaning, water balancing and corrective chemical dosing to commercial pool facilities across the Perth metro area. This position is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis with a key site being the main location of work rostered hours which includes evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and cleaning of aquatic sites
• Water testing and balancing
• Assist in identifying and reporting issues that require maintenance
• Maintain accurate water testing records
• Adhere to OHS standards
• Maintain and enhance client relationships

About You

• SISSS00131 – Aquatic Technical Operator & LIWA accreditation
• Demonstrated working experience and understanding of pool filtration systems and water treatment (a minimum of one year)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• An understanding of the importance of health and safety
• Valid driver’s license
• Current Police Clearance and Working with Children check, or willingness to obtain
• Current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 or equivalent), or willingness to obtain
• Flexibility and willingness to work on a rotating roster
