The Role

You'll co-manage the Alexandria showroom alongside a fellow sales professional, working across showroom sales and in-home consultations while also overseeing a small team.

• Lead, coach and roster a team of 3-5 store staff

• Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint

• Understand client needs and recommend considered solutions

• Manage the full sales cycle, from enquiry to installation

• Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets

• Maintain a polished and welcoming showroom environment

About You

• Proven success in high-end or consultative sales (furniture, fashion, jewellery, automotive or similar)

• Some experience leading, coaching or supervising a small team

• Weekend availability

• Confident managing end-to-end sales and building long-term relationships

• Strong attention to detail and presentation

• Excellent communication skills

• Full Australian driver's licence
