JOB DESCRIPTION

As our valued Payments Analyst, you will play a vital role in monitoring accurate and timely processing of TPGT customer payments. Maintaining payment integrity across all relevant systems. You’ll draw on your experience to support changes to business processes and improvement initiatives that impact payments and the payment journey.

You'll make impact by

Perform reconciliations and quality checks to maintain end-to-end payment integrityManage day-to-day payment operations, ensuring accuracy and delivery within SLAsInvestigate and resolve payment issues, discrepancies, and customer enquiriesProduce regular reporting and insights to support business operationsSupport system changes, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives across payments

What You’ll Bring

Experience in payments, banking or accountingProficiency in Excel with the ability to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a high level of accuracySound verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities
